Join our 8-Week Men’s Wellness Program, a supportive and practical journey designed to help you take control of your health one step at a time. Participants receive personalized nutrition guidance, a structured fitness plan with at least three group workouts each week, and ongoing support from an accountability coach through regular check-ins and in-person meetings. Each week also includes a short group call to keep you motivated, focused, and connected with others on the same path. Throughout the program, we track progress—from baseline to week eight—across key areas like weight, heart health, blood pressure, A1C, sleep, and stress so you can see real results. There is no cost to join—just your time, effort, and commitment to improving your health and bringing the next man forward.
